EskoWorld 2011, the EskoArtwork User Event, Scheduled for April 17-20 in Phoenix, Arizona

The EskoArtwork User Group International (EUGI) Board of Directors and EskoArtwork are conducting EskoWorld 2011 for EskoArtwork customers in the Americas in Phoenix, Arizona from April 17-20, 2011 at the picturesque Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort. EskoArtwork plans to offer valuable content from the company and its partners to more users, in more markets, for more applications.

“From the opening remarks on April 17, to the final session on April 20, attendees to our conference will be treated to a full agenda of educational sessions, business networking, guest speakers and industry experts,” explains Mark Quinlan, EskoArtwork Americas President. “The user conference will provide invaluable information on EskoArtwork solutions to fine-tune and maximize system use. It’s been three years since EskoWorld was held west of the Mississippi, and now we’re confident attendees will agree that again a great city and hotel has been selected. Because of its new destination point, we hope a greater number of attendees will visit from throughout the Americas. It’s an excellent time to Connect - Discover - Experience.”

EskoWorld Mission: Share ideas and knowledge EskoWorld brings together customers, industry partners, product specialists and support staff, encouraging the exchange of ideas and product and application knowledge. The large number of EskoArtwork support staff is on-hand for conference program presentations and demonstrations, as well as to listen to customer input and to provide feedback.

“EskoWorld is one of the most important events on our calendar, and the organization of EskoWorld and preparation of relevant content is always a collaborative process between EskoArtwork and the EUGI leadership. During the event, users participate in training sessions, roundtable discussions, seminars and hands-on labs, designed for novice, journeyman, as well as advanced users. Attendees often discuss product use and best practices tips among themselves, allowing them to return home with actionable ideas that can add even more value to their EskoArtwork solutions,” explains Simon James, EskoArtwork Vice President Marketing. “It also provides us a wonderful opportunity to learn more about our customers’ evolving needs while, concurrently, getting feedback from them on our development plans. Attendees have active role in offering suggestions for improvements to EskoArtwork solutions. Their views about our technology, service and support provide critical input for future product and business planning.”

Exceptional networking event with EskoArtwork industry partners EskoWorld also benefits EskoArtwork industry and technology partners, with its centrally located ‘Partner Pavilion’, a dedicated exhibition area where attendees get ready access to demos and helpful information, along with opportunities to make presentations to the group. Once they participate, EskoArtwork partners continue to return to EskoWorld in subsequent years.

2010 EskoWorld attendee feedback offers overwhelming support As the economy began to rebound, the 2010 user conference was a resounding success, with strong attendance and a complete program that was appreciated by users. ‘The best event ever’ was a frequently heard comment from EskoWorld attendees.

“EskoWorld 2010 was a very positive event. We wanted technical information, and that’s exactly what we got,” says Scott Collett, Electronic Prepress Technician at Prime Package & Label in St. Louis, MO. “And, the dinners and entertainment made it easier to network with others.”

“If I had to rate EskoWorld from 1-10, I’d give it a 25,” remarks Gary Harry, Senior Designer, Advanced Design & Packaging. “The EskoArtwork people were very helpful and went above and beyond answering any questions we had. The sessions for the new ArtiosCAD 7.6 were very informative—as were the tips and tricks.”

“I loved EskoWorld. It was really informative and it inspired us to focus and get prepared for the newest software innovations—and get the most of the software we own. It’s great to attend an event where everyone does what you do. I made great contacts and learned about different kinds of product workflows I never considered,” comments Steve Parr, Prepress Supervisor, Matthews Brand Solutions Americas. “In the Partner Zone I was impressed with the live demonstration of the Kongsberg table, and proofing with the new Epson WT7900 printer.”
