After evaluating competitive ink systems, Flint Group's Flexocure Force UV ink range was chosen based on print quality, improved mileage and on-press performance on a wide variety of substrates. Flexocure FORCE is manufactured by Flint Group in accordance with EuPIA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for the production of packaging inks formulated for use on Non-Food contact surfaces for food packaging.
The latest Valetech IDS25 16-head dispense kit has been installed at the recently purchased Superior Labels plant in Boston - this brings the number of UV sites in UK to five, adding to Mansfield, Leicester, Leeds and Newcastle. Reflex Group has also chosen Flint Group as its partner at its newly acquired Flexible Packaging company in Telford , formerly known as Cropak, using the Flint PluriPrint NDT range of solvent based universal inks producing printed flexible films, bags and pouches.
