At Labelexpo Americas 2012 in Chicago, September
11-13, Bunting Magnetics Co. - producer of precision magnetic products for the
worldwide printing, automobile, plastics, food, and electronics industries - will
showcase its complete line of coatings for its magnetic dies. Discussing the
flex die coatings to be exhibited at the show, Bunting Magnetics Co. Printing
Group Product Manager Michael Wilks said: “All Bunting magnetic dies are 100
percent nickel hardened. But to extend die life and to accommodate the
complexities converters face in dealing with a wide range of substrates and
adhesives, Bunting offers three different coating options as well. The Bunting
Repel coating is particularly effective and resistant to buildup when using
‘booger’ or ‘tire label’ adhesives. The Bunting Diamond and Black Diamond
coating options increase the hardness of Bunting flexible dies. Our Diamond
coating quadruples the life of the die and is highly resistant to cracking and
chipping. Our Black Diamond coating
provides maximum hardness while improving die performance on stamps and small
images. It is ideal for small,
tight-corner die cutting applications.”
Bunting Magnetics Co. will exhibit its
complete line of coatings in booth 347 at Labelexpo Americas 2012.
