Tailored Label Products (TLP), a Menomonee
Falls-based custom manufacturer of engineered labels and die cut adhesives, has
acquired the Label Products Division of Stratix Corporation. Based in Norcross,
Georgia, USA, the Label Products Division of Stratix Corp is a custom converter
of labels and tags. The purchase will improve both capacity and geographic
presence for TLP in an effort to better serve those in the custom label, tag,
and adhesive components markets nationwide.
‘Capitalizing on the strengths of both
businesses allows TLP the opportunity to support Stratix in continuing their
distribution of labeling related services, build up greater support for our
existing TLP clients in the region and strengthen our sales team in the greater
Atlanta area. TLP’s national growth efforts include new offices in the midwest
and south east and will now have an operational base in the greater Atlanta
marketplace,’ said Mike Erwin, president of TLP.
Associates of the Label Products Division of
Stratix Corp were integrated into Tailored Label Products at the close of the
acquisition. A stand-alone facility has been developed in the Atlanta area to
house regional production and distribution support. Financial terms of the
agreement were not disclosed
