to show developments in its chamber doctor blade systems for narrow- and
mid-web at LabelExpo India on the stand of its recently appointed agency,
Capital Graphic Supplies (New Delhi), stand K18.

offset press manufacturers and specifically major narrow-web manufacturers on
chamber solutions, to develop adapted versions which seamlessly fit into the
any press design, Tresu’s FlexiPrint reservoir chamber doctor blade system will
be displayed at the show catering to narrow-web water-flexo and UV-flexo
presses. This will be the latest generation of chamber doctor blade systems for
narrow- and mid-web printing and coating situations that offer assurance of
consistent, even ink / coating coverage
at high speeds, improved yields and longer life. It eliminates splashing,
requires no ink pump and facilitates fast, effortless changeover. Also on
display will be their FlexiPrint IMW chamber doctor blade system E-Line, for
water, UV and solvent based inks and mid-web flexo coating. A highlight of the
system is Tresu's pressure control technology, eliminating micro-foaming, and
Tresu Next Generation Seals. The patented rubber Seal System forms a perfect,
airtight closure, eliminating leakage at top speeds. This unique technology
maintains a constant barrier between the chamber doctor blade and the rotating
open anilox cells, preventing air-bubbles from entering the ink chamber. This
also enables leftover ink to be stored for long periods, without evaporation or
deterioration in quality.
