UPM Raflatac’s label experts welcome
visitors to stand A16 in Hall12 at Labelexpo India on 29 October to 1 November.
Under the theme ‘Engineered with Raflatouch’, UPM Raflatac is highlighting the
company’s world-class technology, quality and performance, combined with
industry-leading environmental sustainability and customer service.
Newly appointed South Asia Country Manager

for pharmaceutical and home & personal care labelling
Product highlights for UPM Raflatac at
Labelexpo India include the thin Raflex MDO label film and the ‘RafCare’ wet
wipes range for personal care labelling, and the RP 31 Purus adhesive for
pharmaceutical end-uses.
Raflex MDO is a machine-direction oriented
film with excellent conformability and flexibility for contoured and squeezable
containers, and supports a pristine brand image throughout the product
lifecycle. The RafCare range offers special adhesives and label faces expertly
combined for a precision match to specific wet-wipes applications – personal
care, home care and industrial.
The RP 31 Purus adhesive is specially
developed for pharmaceutical labelling where migration safety is a must.
Critical applications for RP 31 Purus include labelling for liquid drug
preparations packed in plastic containers and LDPE droppers.
Visitors to the UPM Raflatac stand are also
invited to see how the new Label Life tool can aid them in making more
sustainable choices. Label Life provides an easy to use, tailored service which
informs label converters and brand owners about the life cycle impacts of
different label stock products and helps them obtain credible information on
the environmental performance of their labels.
