Its time for the Indian label industry to celebrate again. Ahmedabad based Letra Graphix Pvt. Ltd. won 3 Gold, 1Silver and as well the Jury Award for Best of the Best category at the 13th Asian Packaging Excellence Awards 2014 held at the Grand Ballroom of the Pullman Hotel at Kuala Lumpur. Apart from a trophy, the prize for Best of the Best also carried a cash prize of USD 2000. At the same time Wintek Flexo bagged One Gold Award at the ceremony. The awards apart from highlighting the success of these label printers also highlight the technological advancement of our Indian label industry.
Based on the quality, creativity and functional offering of the labels submitted, as well as the technology involved in the production process, Letra Graphix got GOLD in three categories. It received the “Best of the Best” award in the Flexo category. Wintek Flexo Prints bagged One Gold in the Combination Printing category where it left behind Letra Graphix to pick a Silver. While Nirav Shah collected the awards for Letra, the award for Wintek Flexo Prints was collected on their behalf by Mohan Das of Labels India.
