Reputed manufacturer of letterpress and
flexo machines, Ahmedabad based R K Label Printing Machinery sold a 6-color UV
flexo press to Shree Ganesh Prints at the recently concluded Labelexpo India. The
RK F-320 flexo press sold to Shree Ganesh Prints has five printing units with
IR dryer and one color with UV and IR dryer. Other features include a
lamination unit, turn bar, three set printing cylinder, auto tension control
for winding and unwinding, two rotary die-cutting units – one for die cutting
and the other for sheet cut with conveyer belt drive. This press runs at a
speed of 50m/min and has a maximum print width of 310mm.

Prints is in the printing of labels used on utensils. However, this is the converter’s fourth
purchase from R K Label Printing Machinery. Mukul Gupta reasoned his loyalty to
the company saying that the bought his first press from this company five years
ago and are happy with the performance. The presses are low on maintenance and
value for money. This is one of the major reasons to add up the fourth press at
his facility that is spread across an area of about 1,900 sq. ft.
