Beginning with a single 6 Color Printing Machine, Regal Creative Products is now a unit having four printing lines capable of producing 10000 sq. meters of printed labels per day that are printed on state-of-the-art machinery capable of delivering and matching exacting standards of esteemed clients.
“To meet the exacting needs of our varied customer base spread across different market segments, we chose to go for the 10-Colour Taiyo UV Flexo press after a detailed evaluation. The Taiyo UV Flexo press can print on a wide range of substrates with perfect register that absolutely expands our business chances,” said Mr. Bajaj. “Designed to enable the production of labels for diverse applications, the press is extremely sturdy and will be used to print the company’s full range of label products. From the chemicals to lubricant, health and beauty, personal care, pharma to wine and spirits, food and beverage to the general consumer market, the Taiyo can produce labels according to the requirements of the different markets,” added Mr. Bajaj.
Producing a vast range of high quality self adhesive labels of any kind be it on paper, PVC, PE, PP, BOPP, polyester and other filmic label stock and laminates in both sheet and roll forms, the company also converts composite laminates in lami-tube printing.
