California-based packaging
specialist has invested in Rollem’s Insignia6 flexo-magnetic die cutter to
fully control the design and production process in-house. Insignia6’s ability
to convert intricate applications on a wide variety of substrates and
thicknesses allows Blue Prism to offer faster turnaround with sustaining
complete control and no down time.

The IS6 performs die cutting, kiss-cutting, embossing, perforating, scoring and cut-scoring on a range of papers, plastics, magnetic material, PVC, styrene and polypropylenes. Furthermore, it offers the ability to feed sheets in either the landscape or portrait orientation to maximize the layout. It has 20x20” capacity and can handle stock up to 24pt thicknesses, allowing the production of a variety of packaging and promotional products.
