HP Indigo, the world leader in
digital labels and packaging, will showcase a portfolio of digital presses
along with a full partner ecosystem created to support profitable growth and
new business opportunities for labels and packaging converters.
Visitors will see live
demonstrations of HP Indigo’s leading solutions including the HP Indigo 8000
Digital Press, the most productive narrow-web press printing at 262 ft (80 m)
per minute in-line with the ABG Fast Track die; the mid-web HP Indigo 20000 Digital
Press (pictured), which opens new opportunities for flexible packaging and high
productivity of label and sleeve applications; and the HP Indigo 6900, the
world’s best-selling digital press. These presses will be printing a wide range
of applications including pharma, brand protection and food applications labels
as well as sustainable digital flexible packaging, shrink sleeves and IML.
HP experts will share best
practices and visitors will see in action the highly productive HP Indigo 20000
Digital Press for endless possibilities in label, shrink sleeve, and flexible
packaging production. The HP Indigo Digital Pouch Factory makes its debut at
the show, demonstrating how to expand businesses beyond traditional flexible
packaging applications using the HP Indigo 20000 Digital Press, Pack Ready
Lamination, and Karlville pouch-making machine.
In addition, HP will present its
digital embellishment portfolio, including ElectroInk Silver to metallize the
color gamut, HP Indigo GEM for fully digital, single pass printing and
embellishing and a solution for printing colorful metallic effects with the HP
Indigo 6900 digital press connected in-line with the KURZ DM-JETLINER.
In the security area, HP will
showcase its brand protection and security offering including HP Indigo
ElectroInks invisible yellow and blue coupled with software and cloud-based
solutions that allow anti-counterfeiting marks, and protected track and trace
solutions.
HP will also demonstrate how to
automate and optimize production to produce more jobs per day. Converters can
experience web-to-pack solutions for workflow efficiencies and the latest HP
Production Pro for Labels and Packaging, already allowing hundreds of customers
to benefit from a faster Rip and better connectivity through the cloud.
Additional automation tools will
be on display including OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) monitoring, EPM
Analyzer, and the new HP PrintOS Marketplace and web-to-pack solutions that
substantially increase workflow efficiencies for brands of all sizes. Visitors
are invited to customize shrink sleeves and pouches on the HP stand. Products
will be delivered during the daily HP happy hour.
